Fluid Architectural Design, LLC was established in 2009 and the Principal Architect, Claire Pickering, is licensed in Louisiana and has over 20 years of experience on a wide variety of types and sizes of projects. Fluid prides itself on operating with integrity with a focus on customer service.

At Fluid Architectural Design, we work efficiently and diligently to get projects finished on schedule while catering to each client's individual needs and budgets. We are experienced with small interior renovation projects, large exterior renovation / addition projects, historical renovation / addition projects, and new construction projects working with a variety of residential and commercial clients.

Services offered

We offer architectural services for all types of projects: residential and commercial; large and small; historic and non-historic; new construction and renovation. We can provide fee proposals on a project by project basis and work with engineering and specialty consultants as needed. For some design work and small projects, we offer hourly rates which vary based on the type of project (residential or commercial). We also provide fixed fee proposals that are determined based on the size and scope of work for each project.
